This communication is to notify you of all Australian carrier embargo periods over the Christmas and New Year period 2024/2025. Please be aware of the following dates for hardware orders and deliveries.

Also note that during the Christmas and New Year period freight services may result in longer delivery time frames.

• Modems – 24/12/2024 to 10/01/2025*
• Mobiles and SIM’s – 19/12/2024 to 10/01/2025
• Hosted Voice – 24/12/2024 to 10/01/2025^

* NetComm modem orders must be placed by 11:00am in order to meet shipping cut offs on the 24/12/2024.

^ ConnectYou hardware orders must be placed by 11:00am in order to meet shipping cut offs on the 24/12/2024.

The last day for hardware orders will be 24/12/2024. No hardware orders will be dispatched between 25/12/2024 and 10/01/2025 inclusive.

Business as usual from 13/01/2025.
