We are pleased to announce that American Express (Amex) has agreed to reduce the transaction fees charged to TIAB for American Express card payments. The fee, previously set at 2.75% since the beginning of our partnership, is now lowered to 1.90%.

This reduction will provide savings for our SPs and their end customers. Please ensure you adjust your end customers' surcharge settings in Octane to reflect the new Amex fees.
