Outbound international calling on the AdvancedPBX platform is currently limited to New Zealand and the United States. This temporary restriction has been applied as a precautionary network measure to maintain platform stability and service integrity.

Inbound calls, domestic calls, and all other services remain unaffected.

We will keep this restricted level of access as brief as possible and will return to our standard international routing framework as soon as it is appropriate to do so.

We will provide a further update once full outbound international access is restored.
